We want every client to be happy with their order. These are the situations in which you can get your money back from Ayman Medical Hall.
Full refund
- Before we start: if you cancel before we begin editing, you get a full refund.
- Late delivery: if we haven't delivered a first draft within the package's delivery time plus 48 hours, you can request a full refund for the undelivered videos.
- Declined orders: if we can't accept your project, we refund you in full.
After a draft is delivered
Once we deliver a draft, we fix any problems through the revision rounds included in your package instead of refunding. If the edit still doesn't match what the package describes after all revision rounds, contact us and we'll offer a partial or full refund.
Partly delivered packages
If we can't finish every video in a package, we refund the videos we didn't deliver, based on the package price divided by the number of videos.
Monthly plans
If no videos have been delivered in your current billing period, you can request a full refund for that period. Periods in which videos were delivered are not refundable. Plans never renew automatically, so not renewing stops all future payments; see the cancellation policy.
How to request a refund
Email Add support email within 14 days of purchase or delivery, with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Most problems are solved within a day.
