Ayman Medical Hall is a video editing studio. We turn raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos for YouTubers, Instagram and TikTok creators, podcasters and small businesses. Every project is edited by hand, checked on a phone screen before delivery, and exported in the exact sizes you need.
We sell digital video editing services only. Nothing is shipped: finished videos are delivered online as download links.

How do I pay?
Choose a package and click Order. You'll pay on the secure checkout page of our payment provider, Payeer, using any of the methods it offers for your order. All prices are in USD, and we never see or store your payment details.
How do I send my footage?
After checkout, share a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link by email or WhatsApp. MP4, MOV and most camera formats work.
How long does delivery take?
Each package lists its delivery time, from 24 to 72 hours. The clock starts when we have all your footage and instructions. Rush 24-hour delivery is available as an extra.
What if I want changes?
Every package includes revision rounds, listed on its card. Send all your notes for a video together, ideally with timestamps, and we'll update the edit.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if we haven't started editing, or if we miss the delivery time and haven't sent a first draft. After a draft is delivered we fix problems through revisions. The full rules are in our refund policy.
How do monthly plans work, and how do I cancel?
Monthly plans cost $100 to $500 USD and are prepaid for one month or three months. Nothing renews automatically: before your period ends we email you a renewal link. To cancel, just don't renew. You keep your allowance until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I own the finished videos?
Yes. Once your order is paid, the final videos are yours to publish and monetize. Music we add is licensed or royalty-free for social media use.
Do you guarantee views or followers?
No. We make your videos look and sound professional, but no editor can promise views, followers, sales or income.

These terms apply to every video editing order placed with Ayman Medical Hall ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. The terms of our payment provider also apply to the checkout and payment.
1. Our services
We provide digital video editing services: editing, color grading, captions, sound design, motion graphics and thumbnails, as described on each package. We do not sell physical products, and we do not offer medical, health or financial advice of any kind.
2. Orders and payment
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay.
- Payments are taken on a secure checkout page and processed by our payment provider, Payeer. Ayman Medical Hall is the provider of the service.
- Monthly plans are prepaid for each billing period and never renew automatically; see the cancellation policy.
- Work begins after payment is complete and we have received your footage and instructions.
3. Your footage and materials
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all footage, music, images, logos and other materials you send us. We won't edit content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or violent, that infringes someone else's rights, or that makes false or unproven health, financial or income claims. We may decline or cancel such an order with a full refund.
4. Music and stock assets
Music and stock footage we add are licensed or royalty-free for social media use. If you ask us to use music or clips you supply, you are responsible for having the rights to them, including any platform copyright claims.
5. Ownership
Once your order is paid in full, you own the final edited videos and may publish, monetize and use them commercially. We will only show your project in our portfolio if you give us permission in writing.
6. No guaranteed results
We don't guarantee views, followers, engagement, sales or income from any video. Results depend on many things outside our control.
7. Confidentiality
Your footage and project details are used only to complete your order and are never shared publicly without your permission.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by platform outages, account restrictions or how a platform's algorithm treats your content.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Ayman Medical Hall collects when you visit this website or order a video editing service, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address and, if you choose, a phone or WhatsApp number.
- Order details: the package you bought, your instructions and messages.
- Files you send for editing: footage, audio, images and logos.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To deliver and support your order and reply to your messages.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax.
We never sell your personal information, and we don't use your footage for anything except your project.
Sharing
We share information only with the services needed to complete your order: our payment provider (Payeer) for checkout, and file-transfer services such as Google Drive or WeTransfer for delivery.
How long we keep it
Project files are deleted 30 days after final delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Add support email. We reply within 30 days.

Refund Policy

We want every client to be happy with their order. These are the situations in which you can get your money back from Ayman Medical Hall.
Full refund
- Before we start: if you cancel before we begin editing, you get a full refund.
- Late delivery: if we haven't delivered a first draft within the package's delivery time plus 48 hours, you can request a full refund for the undelivered videos.
- Declined orders: if we can't accept your project, we refund you in full.
After a draft is delivered
Once we deliver a draft, we fix any problems through the revision rounds included in your package instead of refunding. If the edit still doesn't match what the package describes after all revision rounds, contact us and we'll offer a partial or full refund.
Partly delivered packages
If we can't finish every video in a package, we refund the videos we didn't deliver, based on the package price divided by the number of videos.
Monthly plans
If no videos have been delivered in your current billing period, you can request a full refund for that period. Periods in which videos were delivered are not refundable. Plans never renew automatically, so not renewing stops all future payments; see the cancellation policy.
How to request a refund
Email Add support email within 14 days of purchase or delivery, with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Most problems are solved within a day.
Delivery & Revisions

Digital delivery only
All work is delivered online. Nothing is shipped. You'll receive your finished videos as MP4 (H.264) files through a Google Drive or WeTransfer download link.
Delivery times
- Each package lists its delivery time, from 24 to 72 hours for the first draft.
- The delivery time starts when we have all your footage and instructions.
- Packages and plans with several videos are delivered in batches; the delivery time applies to each batch.
- Rush 24-hour delivery is available as an extra for $5 USD.
Formats
Tell us where you'll post and we export the right size: 16:9 for YouTube and Facebook, 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, and 1:1 or 4:5 for feed posts.
Revisions
- Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, shown on its card.
- One revision round means one consolidated list of changes for a video.
- Revised videos are delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- New footage, a different concept or a longer video counts as a new edit and may be quoted separately.
File storage
We keep your project files for 30 days after final delivery, so download your videos within that time.

How monthly plans work
- Monthly plans ($100 to $500 USD per month) are prepaid in USD for one billing period: one month, or three months on quarterly billing.
- Nothing is charged automatically. Before your period ends we email you a link to renew, and you decide whether to pay for the next period.
- Your video allowance resets each period. Unused videos don't carry over.
- There is no lifetime plan.
Discounts
Quarterly billing on a plan costs 10% less than three monthly payments. The discount applies to every quarterly period you renew.
How to cancel
To cancel, simply don't renew, or email Add support email and we'll stop sending renewal reminders. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you can keep using your allowance until then. You will never be charged without paying a new invoice yourself.
Price changes
If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you by email at least 14 days before the change applies to your next billing period.
