Digital delivery only
All work is delivered online. Nothing is shipped. You'll receive your finished videos as MP4 (H.264) files through a Google Drive or WeTransfer download link.
Delivery times
- Each package lists its delivery time, from 24 to 72 hours for the first draft.
- The delivery time starts when we have all your footage and instructions.
- Packages and plans with several videos are delivered in batches; the delivery time applies to each batch.
- Rush 24-hour delivery is available as an extra for $5 USD.
Formats
Tell us where you'll post and we export the right size: 16:9 for YouTube and Facebook, 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, and 1:1 or 4:5 for feed posts.
Revisions
- Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, shown on its card.
- One revision round means one consolidated list of changes for a video.
- Revised videos are delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- New footage, a different concept or a longer video counts as a new edit and may be quoted separately.
File storage
We keep your project files for 30 days after final delivery, so download your videos within that time.
